Antonio suffers from a physical disability due to an accident occurred in 2008, where he injured his back, that left him with difficulties when it comes to walking and therefore going out of his house.
At the beginning, he attended Centro Maya due to some health issues, but later on decided to stay and work in the handcrafts area, where he makes bracelets, necklaces and different products made of macramé.
In the present, he works from his house, where he is recovering from an operation that should allow him to walk and move better, so he can assist the workshops to work.
