He comes from a village calledPalestina, in San Juan la Laguna, and lives with his parents and brothers.
He’s been attending Centro Maya since 2016, where he joined Alma de Colores in the sewing and crafts workshops. In December 2017, he started working in the organic garden, where he plants.
He wakes up every day to arrive to his job on time, since he has to walk for an hour from his house to the garden. In the afternoons, after a day full of work, he goes home by bus.
What motivates him the most about Alma de Colores is to grow good quality vegetables thanks to his hard work and dedication.
His dream is to grow his own high quality organic garden and sell it in his village in order to gain income and help his parents financially.
